Q: My daughter is covered under my health plan, but will be dropped because she is not returning to school in the fall. She has a hernia that needs repair. Would this be covered under COBRA?

A: COBRA s a continuation the same benefits, same coverage she has now. If there is coverage on your health plan now for her medical condition, then it will be covered when she elects COBRA.
