Q: We just did a temporary layoff of our employees however will be doing a rehire within 90 days. We are offering Cobra benefits for the layoff period of the 90 days, will the same employees need to wait for the "Open Enrollment" of the company offered benefits or will they simply be able to switch from Cobra Temporary benefits to the original plan they had.
