Q:I have been on Cobra and am going to be signing up for Cal Cobra. My questions is: do I need to be on a HMO Dental plan to transfer coverage to Cal Cobra? I know I need to be on a HMO Health insurance plan, not a PPO, to be able to transfer to Cal Cobra. Is it the same for Dental and Vision?
