A: If you sign up for COBRA through your previous employer your co-pays and deductible on your plan are all the same as they were while working there.

You are responsible fore 100% of the bill until you reach your deductible on the plan. Once you reach your deductible your co-insurance will start paying for a portion of your medical bills.
