Q:  I applied for the Smart Short Term Medical Insurance and it says I have not qualified. Can you please tell me why?

 

A:  If you have not qualified it may be due to the fact that it’s not offered in the state in which you live.  As well as if you answered yes to any of the questions it asks at the end of the application.  For further information or to find out exactly why it wouldn’t let you apply, please call 877-279-7959.
