Q:I have quit my job and kept my insurance through cobra. If I start a new job can I keep my old insurance through the cobra until it expires and the new company's ins. the new plan is not as good as my current plan? Thank you
A:If you wish to keep your Cobra coverage while you are working someone that doe not offer as good as coverage as your Cobra you are entitled to your Cobra for up to 18 months.
