Q:  Can we change plans when applying for COBRA? Can my husband and I each apply for individual coverage which is much cheaper than employee and spouse?

A:  You would need to speak with your employer who you are receiving your Cobra through if you can change your policies.  They are who handles what your benefits and would be able to let you know if you can change your plan when enrolling or if you need to wait until open enrollment.
