Q:Do church plans who offer a benefit continuation that is like Cobra but technically not Cobra, would the subsidy apply?
A:No. The plan must be subject to Cobra continuation coverage as defined in the ARRA.However, if the church plan is subject to state continuation it would qualify for the subsidy the same as other covered plans.
