Q:I have decided against cobra, I just signed up, what do I have to do to cancel and get a refund?
A:In regards to seeing if you can get a refund and to cancel your coverage you need to contact either your previous employers HR department, they are the ones who your Cobra is through, or they can put you in contact with your Cobra administrator and they can let you know the procedure to go about cancelling as well as if you are eligible for a refund.
