Will COBRA pay my medical bills from a work related injury?

Q: I was just wondering if COBRA will cover my worker's comp related medical bills or if it will deny them, either because they are a work related injury or because they may be considered a pre-existing condition.

A:  COBRA continuation will not cover any work related injuries.  Any work related injury medical bills will be denied.  A work related injury would not be covered under any health insurance policy other than Worker's Compensation.
