Q:Will I be sent ID cards and a booklet on the coverage? I paid my premium and have not received any thing yet!
A:If you have already signed up for Cobra and haven’t heard if you are going to be receiving new insurance cards, I would contact either your Cobra administrator and if you are unsure who that is, you can call your previous employer whom you signed up for Cobra through they can help you figure out who you need to speak with or give you the information you need.
