Q:  Can you still get cobra if you voluntarily leave a job and are not laid off or fired?

A:  Yes, as long as the company has more than 20 employees and the company still has a group health plan in force you can apply and enroll into Cobra.  Cobra is a federal law that allows you to continue on the group health plan after you leave a job.
