Q:  I am temporarily laid off and will be called back to work as soon as business picks up. Can I stay on my current employer’s health plan as long as I make my payments or do I need to have COBRA?

A:  You would need to speak with your employer to see what they are going to offer you.  If they are just going to keep you on the group plan or if you need to sign up for Cobra, if you are going to sign up with Cobra they will supply you with the appropriate packet of information to do so.
