Q:When enrolling with Cobra, is a prescription plan included? My husband has diabetes and my daughter has asthma so their monthly medication needs to be covered.
A:Cobra is a continuation of your same exact insurance that you had with your past employer.Therefore the coverage is the same, what ever your prescription coverage was is going to be the same when you enroll into Cobra.Be sure to request a Cobra packet from the HR department of the employer to be sure to get enrolled and continued on Cobra coverage.
