Q:If I quit my job to open an "llc" company am I able to sign up for cobra until I get other insurance?
A:If your company had more than 20 employees and there is still a group health plan in force, than Cobra should be an option to you.You would need to speak with your past employer who you had insurance through and ask them for a Cobra packet. You should be able to continue on their group health plan paying for the cost of Cobra on your own.
