Q: I was sent Cobra info but misplaced it and need the info. I had insurance through my previous employer Idaho Youth Ranch that ended 8/31/09. Please resend the info. Thank you. A: You will need to contact your former employer and request a new packet of information as they were the ones who issued the option of COBRA to you.
