Q:I am losing my job (involuntarily and not due to misconduct) effective January 16, 2010. Will the program still be in effect? Thank you.
A:The reduction for Cobra will not be in effect, the reduction you had to have lost your job between September 1st, 2008 and December 31st, 2009.You will still be eligible for Cobra but not at a reduced rate.
