Q: What ID card do I use? I had Humana Dental insurance. Do I use their card?
A: If you are making your COBRA payments, then you will be continuing the same insurance that you had with Humana. You should be able to use the same card prior to the termination of coverage. You could also call Humana and they will be able to tell you when and if your policy has yet been reinstated.
