Q: I'm having problems with my card not being active.

A:  Since COBRA is a continuation of your previous employer's group health policy, you will be able to use the same ID cards.  The "old" card will be re-activated once your employer has received your COBRA payment.  You should contact your previous employer's HR Department or Benefits manager to find out why the card is not active.
