Q:  I was on Cobra insurance after my husbands death in 2001. I need a copy of the Cobra notice that I received. How can I get this information?

A:  If you need access to any COBRA information, you will need to contact the cobra administrator. Your past employer may have hired a third party administrator to handle all of the COBRA paperwork. The past employer may have access to that number if you do not.
