Q: What is the out-of-pocket for generic or brand name prescriptions? Are prescriptions subject to the plan deductible?

A: COBRA is a continuation of your previous employers' group health plan including prescription drugs.   Since this is a continuation of the health insurance you had when you were employed, the out-of-pocket expenses (co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances) you had when you were an employee will remain the same through COBRA coverage.
