Q: I am being terminated from job but my wife uses my insurance as her secondary insurance and her companies insurance as her primary. We mainly did this because her employers policy did not include certain things she needs. Now can she still use my COBRA as her secondary once I leave my employer?
A: Your wife will be ble to continued your insurance through COBRA if her health plan does not provide benefits that your employer's group plan offers.
