Q: Is it possible for me to get a letter stating how many months I paid Cobra last year and how much I paid? This is for tax reasons.

A: Your previous employer (or their COBRA plan administrator) is the only one that has your COBRA records. You will need to contact them for copies. They must also provide you with a certificate of creditable coverage, this will show when your COBRA started and ended.
