Q: I was mailed my cobra papers and since cannot find them how do I get those papers again? It stated that my COBRA is $1000, does that mean I owe that monthly or is that for the last three months?
A: You will need to contact your previous employer and request duplicate paperwork. Your COBRA premiums are paid monthly. The cost stated on your election form is usually for 1 month.
