Q: The Company I was working for went out of business. For a few months afterward I was still on COBRA because they had their insurance policy open. Now they have ended their policy. Can I still get my COBRA?

A:  When an employer closes their doors and they cancel their group health insurance policy then your COBRA coverage will also end.  Some states offer a continuation plans. You should contact your state at www.naic.org to see if one is available.
