Q: My employer is discontinuing my health insurance. Am I eligible for Cobra Insurance?

A: COBRA is a federal law that requires an employer to offer continuation of their group health plan to an employee when a qualifying event occurs. If an employer no longer provides group benefits to any employee then COBRA will not be an option for you.
