American Rescue Plan Act of 2021’s COBRA Subsidy Ends September 31. What’s next?

Who pays first

ody ody Q: I am 70 years old, I have Medicare Part A. After my employment ends, I got the COBRA coverage for 18-month,

Starting from June 1 2013.

In September 2013, I enrolled in Medicare Part B and I entitled Part B starting date is December 1 2013.

From 6/1/2013 to 11/30/2013 period.

For the doctor’s bills (claims):

1) who pays first ?

2) Do Medicare needs to pay?

3) Do I need to pay ?

4) The insurance company said: Medicare pays before your group health plan. Since the patient do no enroll for Medicare Part A and/or B. The patient need to pay the Medicare’s part. Is It right. Why ?

5) working old people is allowed to delay to enroll in Part B,

In this case, What is the COBRA coverage pays?

In the other word, We lose the insurance coverage??

Would you please give me the answers by E-mail.
