Continuation Plan–out of state

ody Hello, I’m 25 and I’m under the continuation plan. I reside in NJ, however, I will be attending graduate school in GA. The school requires that all enrolled students have health coverage and automatically signs students for its AETNA plan. However, they make exceptions for students already covered by an alternative health insurance by requiring students to complete a form waiver so that students can remain on their original plan and not have to use AETNA. I was wondering if my COBRA allows me to receive outpatient, emergency, specialist and inpatient care, diagnostic and procedures, and mental health inpatient and outpatient care in ATLANTA, GA. Or is my coverage only limited to the state of NJ?
