ody ody Q: I went on Worker’s Comp in May. The HR dept at my work sent me their form along with the forms for Short Term Disability. The letter said to complete the forms for disability and send them in. The letter said that my premiums would be paid if I was approved. I have just found out that they said I didn’t fill out the forms correctly, and I was dropped from the insurance. Is there any recourse? Should my claims manager or someone in HR informed me that they were not correct?
