ody ody Q: Earlier this year I had been paying for continuing Cobra coverage through an employer I had just left. My daughter had pre-approved oral surgery last September. I received a notice from our dental services provider, that my prior employer showed my coverage terminated at the end of October. Hence, despite being pre-approved for the services, I am now receiving bills for thousands of dollars. I have a copy of the check I issued to said employer to pay for continued coverage, that I issued September 4th 2013, and he cashed on September 6th. How do I go about getting this addressed and resolved?
