A: Yes. Spouses of terminated employees of a qualified employer are eligible to receive COBRA continuation of coverage. Keep in mind though that with COBRA, the premiums can be up to 102% of the premium, meaning you pay the employee contribution, PLUS the employer’s contribution, PLUS a 2% administrative fee.
