How Do I Start COBRA with Kaiser Permanente?

My health plan stopped with Kaiser when I got divorced. I’m now being offered to continue coverage by Kaiser. Where do I begin?

Who is Kaiser Permanente?

Kaiser Permanente, commonly known simply as Kaiser, is an American integrated managed care corporation, headquartered in Oakland, California, United States, founded in 1945 by industrialist Henry J.
