my primary is Medicare and my secondary is my
employer’s health plan.
My husband is covered under my employer’s health
plan, but he is too young for medicare.
If I leave my job, I will not elect COBRA for myself because I have a supplemental and prescription drug plan from medicare and it is cheaper.
Can my husband stay on my employer’s COBRA
even if I do not take COBRA myself?
